We offer replacement only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
How to Request a Replacement
- Customer must email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email should include:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Unboxing video or images (mandatory for damage claims)
Replacement Process
- After receiving your email, our team will verify the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the damaged product.
- After the product is picked up, we will dispatch the replacement.
- Replacement delivery time is 10–15 days depending on your location.
Important Notes
- Replacement is provided only for damaged/defective items.
- Product must be returned in original packaging with all tags.
